You can ask Fritill for Digital Solutions and Artificial Intelligence FZE ("Fritill") to delete personal data we hold about you, including data submitted through our website and WhatsApp Business messaging data we process on behalf of our client businesses.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to hello@fritill.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
- Include details that help us identify your data, for example:
- the phone number used on WhatsApp, and/or
- the email address you used to contact us;
- if relevant, the name of the business you were messaging on WhatsApp.
- We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting on the request.
What happens next
- We will confirm receipt of your request.
- We will delete your personal data within 30 days of receiving your request.
- We may retain certain data where we are legally required to do so (for example, for legal, tax or regulatory obligations). Any such data will be kept securely and only for as long as required.
WhatsApp users of our client businesses
If you exchanged WhatsApp messages with a business that uses Fritill's services, that business controls your data. You may also contact that business directly to request deletion. We will support the business in fulfilling your request.
